Change Your Exam Schedule

If something came up that required you to change your original exam schedule, we’ll be happy to accommodate that.

We designed our program with flexibility in mind.

Changing or Rescheduling Your Knowledge Exam

Pay Exam Change Fee

All scheduled exams must be taken within 12 months after you register. You cannot access our learning management system after the first year. You will be required to pay another exam fee if you do not complete your originally scheduled exam within the first year and to restore your access to our LMS.

You are required to pay $350 in registration fees. This fee includes access to an online study guide.

Scheduling Your Test

If something changes at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled test date, simply login to our LMS and reschedule your exam.

Late Cancellations

You will be required to pay $350 for cancelling your exam in less than 48 hours before your scheduled test time. This rule applies to all test takers.
